The “Skills to Succeed” Program is more than just an apprenticeship
it’s a launchpad for new careers and brighter futures.
In response to rising unemployment and the aftermath of COVID-19, we introduced this program to provide practical, hands-on training in welding, construction, HVAC, and more. Students enroll in 10-week courses, gaining valuable skills while earning a stipend. Upon completion, they are connected to employment opportunities through our network of partners.
